(The REALLY LONG version of saying this)
You CAN'T get Cydia on ANY device below iOS 4.33, the ONLY way you can do it is Jailbreaking and I KEEP trying to Jailbreak my iPad 2 but I am HOPELESS because my iPad is the only device from Apple that I have. And I do not want to break my iPad.
So basically what I AM trying to tell you is that there is NO way of getting Cydia without Jailbreaking. If anyone tells you that you can, without Jailbreaking, they are just waiting your time or probably money!
And 'inava' are just CRAP I have spent about £10 on apps from them and they all haven't worked! Stay away from inava they are SCAMS, they are just trying to waste your money. Because when I bought it this is what happened:
1) It was all in the language SPANISH or Espanol!
2) It tells you to click on a banner and you will have Siri, well me (being a prick) went along and clicked it. Next thing I know it took me to the Spanish version of dietchef.com. And it took 99 pence off MY CREDIT CARD ! Well, I never got Siri.
3) It only let's you type in words, and half the things you type in she doesn't UNDERSTAND.
Now that's it.

Infectedphill99 It IS possible you can get it from Redsn0w, Sp1rit, Jailbreaks.me (iOS 4.33 and below), Aprilra1n, Absinthe (iPad 2 and iPhone 4S only), jailbreakme/star (iOS 4.0.1 and below only) GreenPois0n and I think that's it.

@Sam which is the best?
12 Posted by Sam on 05 Apr, 2012 07:55 AM
I would probably say jailbreaks.me, but if your using iOS 4.3.4 or above I would recommend you using Redsn0w. Well, first it is a tethered Jailbreak, and that means that every time you turn off your device you need to plug it into your computer to jailbreak your device every single time. Because Reds0w, can jailbreak any version of iOS.

@Jacob remember use jailbreaks.me or Redsn0w! But first which Apple device are you using? Because if it's an iPad 2 or an iPhone 4S use Absinthe or Aprilra1n.

@Jacob, sorry mate don't use Aprilra1n it's an April Fools Day joke. The download link for Aprilra1n brings you to the April Fools Day song. DON'T USE IT! Use Absinthe instead! I used Absinthe to jailbreak my iPad 2 and I have Siri on my iPad 2!
15 Posted by Sam on 05 Apr, 2012 10:46 AM
Anyone who wants to jailbreak their device use ABSINTHE! {WARNING} Absinthe only works on iPhone 4S and iPad 2! And Jacob only jailbreak your device that you don't need. Because Jailbreaking can sometimes break your device FOREVER! And Apple won't fix it because first, your voiding your warranty and second they won't fix it because your doing something that Apple doesn't want you to do.
