Can you tell me the remival code for cut the rope app becuase it doesn't work on my iphone.

the code is 1234. And then they will ask you for your passcode for the iPhone or iPad. And then it will remove the profile.

on mine the 'app' stys there but the picture is gone.. what do i do now?
